Royal Therapy
Royal Therapy Memory Foam Pillow — Queen
Best for: Back sleepers curious about a contoured pillow at a low price.
Trade-off: Fixed shape, unverified materials.
Head-to-head
Two solid memory-foam pillows at opposite ends of the price and paperwork scale. One is shaped; the other is soft and flat. Neither adjusts.
The short answer
Choose the TEMPUR-Cloud if you sleep on your back or stomach and want an extra-soft, low solid pillow with a published 5-inch loft, a washable cover and a five-year warranty from the manufacturer. Choose the Royal Therapy if you specifically want to try a contoured profile — a raised neck edge and a lower head cradle — and want to spend as little as possible finding out whether that shape suits you, accepting that its foam density, cover and certifications could not be verified. Both run warm; neither suits a broad-shouldered side sleeper.

When each one wins
The SleepOriginal verdict
The Cloud is the pillow you buy; the Royal Therapy is the pillow you try. If a contour is what you want to test, the Royal Therapy is the cheap experiment. If you already know soft-and-low is your shape, the Cloud is the better-documented version of it.
Questions
Not for everyone. A contour suits back sleepers who stay in one position; combination sleepers often find the ridge in the wrong place after they turn. If neck pain is persistent, that is a question for a clinician rather than a pillow.
